The accuracy of the roller head and bearing can directly affect the effect of paper feeding. In addition, if the poor lubrication causes the head of the rubber roller, the wear and clearance of the bearing will inevitably lead to uneven force when the paper is fed, and then the phenomenon of wrinkling will appear. At the same time, it will also cause paper indentation due to bad conditions such as jumping glue and slipping glue. Therefore, lubricating oil should be frequently added to the shaft head and bearing of the rubber roller to prevent the wear of the machine parts, affecting the normal use of the rubber roller, and thus affecting the balance of paper feeding.
